
There were four (4) Single-Family Home Applications reviewed by ARC in February. Two (2) of these were recommended for approval and two were held for additional information. Sixteen (16) other applications were reviewed. Twelve (12) were recommended for approval, one was held for additional information, and three were rejected.
Effective March 1, 2025, there were sixty-nine (69) new homes in the construction process. A total of twenty-three (23) new homes have received Certificates of Occupancy this fiscal year (October 2024 – September 2025).
