NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Architectural Review Committee will hold meetings on the first Tuesday of each month to (1) assure that the installation, construction, alteration, or location of any proposed structure is in conformity and harmony with the Burnt Store Lakes Development Wide Standards and Architectural Design Guidelines/Policies and (2) is in harmony with surrounding topography and surrounding structures. All ARC recommendations are presented to the Board of Directors for final approval. Board approval takes place during scheduled monthly Board Meetings.
The scheduled ARC meetings for the 2025-2026 Fiscal Year are as posted below. Meetings will start at 2 p.m.
